The WGS-5225-8P2SV features strong rapid self-recovery capability to prevent interruptions and external intrusions. It incorporates ITU-T G.8032 ERPS (Ethernet Ring Protection Switching) technology into customer’s automation network to enhance system reliability and uptime. Applying the IEEE 802.3at Power over Ethernet standard, the WGS-5225-8P2SV can directly connect with any IEEE 802.3at end-nodes like PTZ (Pan, Tilt & Zoom) network cameras and speed dome cameras. The WGS-5225-8P2SV can easily help system integrators with the available network infrastructure to build wireless AP, IP camera and VoIP systems where power can be centrally-controlled.
